We do not accept returns of custom products like floor mats and boot liners. Non-custom made to order products have a 14 day return policy, as long as the items are unused and unopened. A 15% restocking fee may be applied. If you do decide to return it back to us, please let us know so we can give you a RMA number. For all returns, make sure to save the tracking number.
Every order is digitally recorded so we can make sure we have your order information for future references. When you place an order and notice you have not gotten your invoice through email, please contact us.
